History
The structure of our B & B was built in the early 1800's by a former Bostonian merchant, Liapol Scott. Scott engaged in many several successful business ventures at a young age, and decided at the age of 28 to retire to the country, were him and his wife could live in peace. Scott and his wife, Barbara, moved to Willow lake; and built the mansion that is now known as the Willow LakeB & B. When both of the Scotts died, they left the house to their children. Though two of their six children, Alyssa and Jeremy, were the only ones willing to maintain the structure. Stuck with a house too big for either of them, they decided to use their savings and turn the building into a Bed & Breakfast. The Willow Lake B&B was an instant success, drawing people hundreds of miles away way with it's stunning beauty, and it's unmatched events and services. The Willow Lake B&B to this day remains one of the must succcessful family-owned B&B places in America.
